Jason Constable

Board Chair

Jason Constable received his degree in Elementary Education from Rogers State University. Instead of pursuing a teaching career, Constable opted to take a job with AT&T, joining the telecommunications giant in 1998. He has steadily moved up the ladder serving in a variety of management positions in the company’s network and regulatory affairs organizations. After spending eight years in Texas, Constable returned to Oklahoma in 2008 to assume the position of director of AT&T’s regulatory division, in 2011, the responsibility of managing its external affairs team for Oklahoma was added, in 2017 Constable began overseeing the company’s state legislative strategy, and in 2026 Constable became the State Director, overseeing all External & Legislative Affairs in the state.

Constable is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma, Leadership Oklahoma City, Leadership Midwest City and the Tinker Air Force Base Honorary Commander Program. He was honored as a member of the Journal Record’s 40 under 40 and was awarded the Jim Thorpe Award by the Oklahoma Sports Hall of fame for exceptional leadership.

In addition to his AT&T duties, Constable spends much time giving back to the community, including serving on the boards of Allied Arts, The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, Oklahoma City Public Schools Foundation, the YMCA, the Rose State College Foundation, and most recently serving as chairman of the Choctaw Area Chamber of Commerce.

Constable lives in Choctaw with his wife Tami, and her two children, Abbie and Xavier. He enjoys music, traveling and big game hunting.
